Its sad to see the state of Craigend Castle. My grans cousin use to work there when it were a zoo. Sandy Craig. I use to play there back in the 1970s It were not then in such a state no fence. It would be wonderful if I were restored. As it were once a beautiful mansion house in its day. The environment is beautiful lovely walks and history

I went and saw this with my friend. It was great to see the old ruin but sad that it has fallen into such a state of disrepair. The building I am sure was great before the roof was removed. It is fenced off so you cannot go inside but the surroundings are excellent for a quite and relaxing walk also!
