Lomond Logs

We have used LL twice now for 3 bulk bags of hardwood 8-10. One of the bags was red cedar which smelled divine. The logs are long lasting and burn beautifully. Friendly Delivery was via their crane as I have 20 steps to my front door. They are my go-to for logs!! I even waited until they had the bags back in stock, I wasnt for going anywhere else. Thank you Lomond Logs!

First time customer. Ordered AND paid for a ton bag. A few days later, I used the messaging link from their website to check the status of my order. Although my message was "seen," several hours went by with no response. I decided to phone instead. After giving my details, a lady said "To be honest, I don't know when your order will be delivered, as we have no hardwood." I replied "So, it might even be next year then?" And she said " Yes, it could be!" Now I'm waiting for a refund, but this is certainly not what I'd call good customer service.

Have to say this is the first time I've used Lomond logs, part of Bilsland's I think. Really easy to order online and best size bag I've received ever locally. Good quality dry hardwood and piled high.. Driver was superb, going the extra mile to hoist the bag over a very high hedge from the road and within a foot of our log store. No wheelbarrowing task! Will definitely use again. Only slight niggle were logs stated as 8-10 inches when some were much bigger than this. With only a small stove I'm off to buy a log splitter :) Great work everyone.
