        Unable to activate or even unlock the rusted hatches on each of the two ports of this charger. Hotline was unable to start the charging session remotely.

        Was only able to activate this charger after phoning up. I was told that the owner of this charger has not authorized a firmware update on it and that is why it is not possible to activate though the app. Was able to charge at 3kw overnight. "OWNER PLEASE UPDATE THE FIRMWARE ON THIS CHARGER"
