Currently on holiday in area. Dog picked up couple of ticks. No removal tool. Phoned at 9am. Asked if I could pop in to have them removed. Told no. Have to make appointment and register!!. It would have taken 30 seconds for nurse to do it and I would have donated 20. As it was, a tool cost me 4:50. Their loss of 15.

The reception staff and office staff are always very helpful. The surgery is always immaculate and well organised. All the veterinary staff that have treated my dog have been very helpful and knowledgeable about everything from liaising with the Dogs Trust to treatment. They are a very good team.
