MacTavish recently undertook two bathroom refurbishments for us. I was impressed with them from start to finish. At the beginning they took a long time at their showroom talking me through options, showing me samples and photographs and making sure I was happy. They had a number of challenges: the house is in a remote area up a steep hill and the works took place while it was snowing; they were working to a strict timetable as I had guests in the house the week after they were due to finish; I had my heart set on a stone bath that was really heavy and tricky to manoeuvre; and they had to try and replace flooring without ruining the underfloor heating! They managed it all admirably, and the results are amazing. I would highly recommend Stephen and his team for their professionalism, excellent communication, attention to detail and keenness to make their customers happy. Service: Remodeling
