Loch Linnhe House

This hotel is disgusting. Do not book a stay with them. They are refusing to refund any customers who were not able to visit when they were closed due to Covid and ignore all phone calls and emails. I am currently I the process of involving trading standards and hopefully this hotel will be shut down! After looking at the reviews, it also seems I had a lucky escape! Terrible customer service

I had to cancel and I rung and tried to contact loads after hotels.com cancelled my booking as I couldnt stay there due to Boris Johnson and Nicola Sturgeon saying hotels closed and couldnt travel and with me doing 3 peak challenge being cancelled due to mountains closed. Hotels.com have done a lot to try get a refund but this hotel is a joke And wouldnt give refund or anything and I have told hotels.com not to be involved with this hotel so other people wont be treated like this. Done a 1 but should be 0 rating

Unbelievably dirty. Mold everywhere. All dishes and cutlery had food stuck on them. Had bed and breakfast but had to go have breakfast at the pub because of how grossed out I was. Lady at the front desk was lovely though.
