Staff very friendly and provided good service. Coffee, crispy bacon and chips were good. Otherwise the food was awful. The meat in the burger was so hard it couldn't be cut with a knife. The waffles were thin and hard. The large pancake was the size of a dinner plate but thin and hard. Might be better to half the number of options on the extensive menu and cook them better Vegetarian options: Not sampled but in the nenu
