        No concept of providing a service. Pedantic. Had 48hr tracked parcel that arrived a day late at this sorting office, and missed the van for my area on a Friday because their schedules don't align. So rather than make it a 96hr delivery and send it out on a Saturday, they didn't send it out because I hadn't paid for a Saturday delivery. So parcel sat in their sorting office on Saturday as I watched their driver drive past my house. How petty! Delivered Monday 144hr delivery. Getting stuff posted up here is hard enough without this office's jobs worth attitude compounding the problem!
