On 17 August at approximately 12.30pm my mother visited this Costa branch whilst on holiday and waited at the counter to be served. The cafe was not busy. Three young employees moving around chatting totally ignored my mother. When eventually she called out 'Is anybody serving?' one of the employees - a young male - just called back gruffly 'We're busy'. No 'sorry' or 'I'll be there in a minute'. Just 'we're busy'. obviously my mother walked out. How would you rate this 'service'?

Very clean, and excellent smiling friendly staff! Highly recommend a visit here, lunch is reasonably priced compared to the local restaurants.
