        I can't give it a zero, otherwise I would. We had a problem during our trip (beyond our control) of which we gave as much notice as we could. Still his level of understanding and empathy are zero and he decided to charge us for the entire night despite the fact that we were unable to attend. I hope its facilities are better than his empathy. I'm sure there are much better options in Shelbeck.
