I was excited to stay at this B&B as all the reviews were very positive. Our experience was not the best. There are better places to stay in Fort William for the same price. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was a disaster. The owner is friendly only from 3pm (check in) to 10am (check out). If you need any help from them a little before check in time or after check out time, you are on your own. I was doing the West Highland Way and hurt my knee the day before the hike to Fort William. I arrived in Fort William by bus and went to the B&B at 2pm (one hour before check in). I mentioned to the owner that my knee was hurt and asked if I could wait at the front porch until it was time for the check in. He said: No, there is no room for you. Go to the pub and come back later. Unfortunately we rely on reviews when we are visiting the city for the first time and choosing a place to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Leider spucken die alten Leitungen nur entweder brhheies oder kaltes Wasser aus. Das war fr uns ein Problem. Haarewaschen ging quasi nicht. Wahrscheinlich lsst sich das Problem nur mit viel Geld beheben. Das Haus ist alt, aber gepflegt. Gutes Frhstck. Besonders das Porridge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben gute Tips fr Ausflge etc. Besonders nett ist die Dame des Hauses.
