Farmstead Fayre

We ordered our wedding cake from Farmstead Fayre in August this year (2022). Sadly we were left extremely disappointed as the cake was damaged in transit to the venue and a whole tier missing from the display. It was also not the cake we had asked for, we asked for a naked cake and were given something thickly coated in scruffily applied butter cream (see photos). We appreciate accidents do happen, what we didnt appreciate was the lack of apology and how rudely we were treated when trying to discuss the matter with owner Tanya Warner. I hate to leave a bad review as this all could have been avoided if she had simply apologised and replied to our request to speak to her (three emails and a voice mail later). We didnt even get to speak to her - she eventually sent a rude off hand email and refunded half the amount. Thanks for ruining our WEDDING CAKE Tanya, you shouldnt be offering this service if you cant follow a brief and treat couples with a little respect.

We ordered our Black Forest Gateau wedding cake from Tanya over email. The cake was delicious and looked amazing. She even accommodated it being eggless. It was delivered promptly and her prices were good. Highly recommended!!

Recently ordered and received a two tier wedding cake all done via email with Tanya. Communication and delivery excellent and the cake was absolute delicious and the decoration perfect. Thank you for all your help.
