Riverview Cottage

This is a beautiful cottage which is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed lighting a wood fire in the evening. It has a big fenced in garden which was enjoyed by our wee terriers and there is plenty of parking space. We saw deer on the hills at the back but they were quite noisy at night! The hosts were very friendly and even left wine and cake for our arrival. It is a stunning part of the country and lots of forest walks to enjoy. We went to Tobermory on the ferry, the ardnamurchan lighthouse and tioram castle. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal at the Loch Shiel Hotel too.

An excellent place to stay especially with dogs. Very pleasantly surprised to find cake and wine and dog treats waiting for us. Excellent facilities which made a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the log burner and private garden to let the dogs out for breaks. The owners were very kind and made sure we have everything for our time there. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to travel to the area. Many thanks for having us, especially at such short notice.
