For those of us who love to venture in the mountains and hills of Scotland we owe a debt of gratitude to those who volunteer their time to come to our aid should we find ourselves in difficulty. Some pics from a recent training session in Glencoe.

An asset to Scotland. The government should be funding all mountain rescue to be honest it is pretty shocking that they don't. As soon as I am in better shape financially I will be making a big donation to these guys and girls, I wouldn't have made it down safely without them.
