The view from our suite no. 4 was incredible! And the sunset that accompanied our dessert, breathtaking! Special 5 stars to James who told us the story of this house and its owners with passion! Wonderful place where you can get some true relaxation. Stayed in the lodges. Very tastefully appointed rooms that are filled with everything you need for a cozy getaway. There a just a few things that could require some attention - understandably in December/January many restaurants are closed. We asked the reception if they had some recommendations for places we could eat at, and every single suggestion was closed. I guess it would be helpful to send some restaurant recommendations for places that are actually open. The other thing that was a little bothersome - our bedroom TV was really clunky and complicated to use. At this price point that should not be the case. We had a great time and we will be back.
