Stayed here for 2 nights and wasn't disappointed at all except it wasn't long enough, lovely cottage, great facilities. Beautiful location and stunning views, will definitely be back. One minor point and am being picky there is no blind on back door and it's just a bit scary in the dark when only girls staying there, because it's open plan so its in the sitting room/kitchen.

Great location. Very friendly interactions with hollytree staff , but objectively speaking ,as holiday cottages go, this would be a 3/5 for the reasons mentioned below. Most issues can be easily fixed and I hope they are as this place has a lot of potential. * Stained bath towels ( replaced upon request ) * Very Noisy toilets (loud motor kicks in when flushing and can be heard right through the cottage ) * Dishwasher didnt work well. Was fully out of salt ( we added ) and rinseaid . Ended up washing dishes by hand most of the time . Pretty big problem for a group of 6. Relatively minor , but annoying issues * Missing laundry detergent , rinse aid , additional toilet paper ( was requested and then provided ) * No welcome guide explaining appliance use , WiFi details , nearby attractions etc.
