(Translated by Google) We spent one night in this great B&B. A great location! A bit out of town but right on the lake with views of the Highlands. We were greeted warmly and had the "Green Room" upstairs. A super cute room, furnished with great facilities and a lot of love. Smart tv, small fridge, private bathroom (quite small but perfectly adequate) The breakfast was totally sufficient and delicious! You could even get something if you wanted! The hosts are very nice! The woman of the house even gave us some tips on what is nice to see! We were very satisfied and will definitely be coming back (Original) Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem tollen B&B verbracht. Eine tolle Lage! Etwas auerhalb der Stadt, aber direkt am See mit Blick in die Highlands. Wir wurden freundlich begrt und hatten oben den Green Room. Ein super niedliches Zimmer, mit toller Ausstattung und viel Liebe eingerichtet. Smart tv, kleiner Khlschrank, eigenes Bad (recht klein aber absolut ausreichend) Das Frhstck fand ich total ausreichend und lecker! Man htte sogar noch was nach bekommen, wenn man gewollt htte! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett! Die Frau des Hauses hat uns sogar noch einige Tipps gegeben, was es schnes zu sehen gibt! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder

We tried contacting the place by phone and email because we were stuck in a snowstorm and we were told by the police that we needed to head back. They ignored us and cancelled the reservation. I wasn't looking for a refund because I knew their policies but maybe a solution that worked for both parties. I don't think they have good customer service at all (it's been a month and a half now and still no answers from them) so try to find a place that at least can answer the phone or reply to an email when you have an emergency.

Stayed here a few years ago and when we arrived we were given a small menu to choose 5 breakfast items from (super small portions then the next morning). I asked could we dry our boots somewhere since we had been hiking and they were wet. I was told the shower which was freezing cold in the bathroom. The heater was turned off at night so we couldn't even dry our stuff. Incredibly rude host. The view is beautiful that's about all that's good with the place.
