        2am, called to make a reservation for a room. I wasn't under the impression that there wasn't a night-shift/ on-call handler. Was met with a very perturbed individual on the flip-side of the phone. I told him I wasn't familiar with booking in general and he was entirely dismissive. Perhaps it should be advertised that there isn't a team to handle later call; on the website or otherwise. Extremely disappointed. Hope that someone else is able to make a visit where I couldn't. ( Sorry for waking you! I genuinely had no idea, Ser "its not a hotel" man. )

        The room was not what we saw in the internet n worst thing was there was only 1 blanket for double bed but we were 4 ppl n when asked staff told us to buy sleeping bags for other.very disappointing coz this house was for 4 ppl. So they should provide blanket for 4 ppl not 2.so if more then 2 ppl stay here bring ur own blankets n bed sheets.
