Not impressed - just visiting to post two parcels, items were marked fragile. Woman behind the counter was quite non-engaging, I guess because its 4pm and getting near home time, handed parcels in and the mail sack was behind her. Rather than get up, she just twisted round and threw them. Unfortunately, the sack was near full so the parcel just bounced off and fell in the floor, then adding insult to injury did it a second time!!!! Just purely lazy!! As its my nearest post office I will go back again, but if you are miserable in your job..get another one!!

UPDATED* Always happy friendly staff, helpful and polite. They have plenty stock of variety sizes of packages, envelopes, for all your mailing needs. They even can help out with renewing your licence and let you take your time in prepping for that dreaded photo too lol. * recently my mother made 2 small knitted scarves for her youngest granddaughter who is 2yrs old, who lives in Denmark and when posting them at the Forres post office the staff member asked the value, but because it was not exactly known, as they were hand made and package was marked as a "gift" we had no clue how much the wool cost turns out total value was 3.50, the staff member took the liberty to write "50" unbeknownst to us! They knew what was in the tiny package!! Would love to know where they buy scarves to think that 2 wee scarves for a 2yr old cost 25 each! Anyway because of this and the change in import fees my sister was being charged 25 to receive the package once it arrived, basically anything over the value of 35 in Europe the recipient pays half the value of the contents to receive the package. My sister did appeal it with the postal service in Denmark and it was accepted that the 50 value noted was an error. HOWEVER, the package got return to us here in Scotland, thus wasting the 10.50 in postage and my sister not receiving the gift for her daughter. So if you are posting anything abroad at this post office be sure to complete the export form yourself or you may find your recipients of packages being excessively charged.!
