        Just do yourself a favour and avoid. Too toxic, deceitful and amoral to put into words. And most dangerous ingredient of all, they're in complete denial of how their deceiving themselves impacts the lives of others; especially in the midst of a pandemic. Incapable of accepting responsibility for dragging families (a 12-hour drive with a 3-year-old) down the garden path that they already know is a waste of time. Then, when challenged, they snap and tell you truth of the situation and the house has already gone. When it's way too late with significant investment of time, money and effort wasted. Assurances broken. Playing with real-life, make or break situations like the people they're playing with are pawns in a high-stakes game they don't care about. Conscienceless.
