This was the first time i used S & J Roofing. Scott came the same day i phoned about my leaking gutter. He fixed it and charged a very reasonable amount.. He is coming back to carry out some more work for me on the roof. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Today Kevin and Steven from S & J came back to carry out some remedial work on the roof. They were friendly and knowledgeable . explaining what was required and what they carried out . I found Scott to be extremely helpful, the gutters in our new house were full. He swung by the property the same day and his guys came the next day to rectify the problem. We discussed concerns with some of the slates, the chimney and other related issues with the roofing. Was quick to come and give a quote for repairs. However once we had accepted the quote he disappeared off the scene and a year later we have never seen him! Despite reminding him he never appeared to do the job. Think it was too small a job for him so would have appreciated if he had just said he wasn't interested at the time. Got someone else to do the job who was reliable and efficient. Wouldn't wait around waiting for this guy to do the work. Service: Roof inspection
