Clear Pharmacy Forres

Moved from Boots to Clears a few years ago and up until recently had no problems ,Staff lovely etc but since new pharmacist she has refused to give me vital life saving meds ,I will be putting formal complaint about her playing god with my life .Had to move my custom back over to boots as i refuse to be treated like scum for asking for my heart meds and copd meds went 5 days without my Angina meds and is just not on ..

My own poor admin meant I forgot my medication but the ladies here were very helpful. Supervisor who dealt with me was absolutely brilliant and helpful. Thank you

I have been regularly collecting my script and mostly the ladies are exceptional in knowing that I have to collect weekly and are straight onto it just by seeing me on the Q. They are great.

Helpful, polite and prompt. After appalling service from my GP and inaccurate advice from my pharmacy in Kent, coming here was like a breath of fresh air. I cant praise them highly enough! Thank you! You have literally saved my life.
