I purchased a car in Elgin and picked it up early Friday afternoon - as i was driving into Forres there was an awful noise and the exhaust pipe had broken near the manifold - i limped to the garage and explained i needed it the next day and they were able to weld it that afternoon - what a lifesaver !

Excellent service I'm partiality houses bound they picked up car and delivered. They were transparent in costings and did not charge more than neccessary. Will definitely be my go to garage. Couldn't recommend more.

Absolute shambles. Left car for MOT and then got duped into doing repairs with them. Was told that they've already ordered the car parts, which made me believe that I had no option but to repair with them. No clear communication on what needs changing and cost that they entail or where to find information about new fails and recommendations from their MOT. Was left with a bill of 1200 for exhaust and breaks. On top of that, they've damaged paintwork, as well as windscreen, evidently by using grinder while fixing other cars. They simply don't care about customers and the damage they cause, only the money they can make on you. Manager took no responsibility for their actions and refused to even look at the damage. Claimed that he will contact Trade Standards instead and did not even do that. Never encountered a shady lot like them before. Avoid, go to a different garage and save your nerves and money.
