Following the loss of my Grandfather, and living so geographically far away, didnt know which way to turn. From the moment I phoned Tom Ross and Sons I felt a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Callum and Willie both went way beyond the call of duty to help and nothing was too much trouble. The send off was exactly the way my grandfather would of wanted. Highly recommended.

Callum & Willie at Tom Ross are fantastic. My mum passed away in October and her wishes were to be buried with my Dad down in England, frankly I was totally lost on what to do.Callum made the whole process trouble free, guiding me on what to expect when registering the death, all the way through to organising mums repatriation and communicating with the funeral directors down south. The service I received following a recent bereavement was above and beyond. The whole team, especially Willie, went to any lengths to make arrangements as stress-free as can be during this very challenging time. Professional, compassionate with a great understanding of my needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend them to anyone facing a bereavement. My family recently lost my dad and having never suffered a bereavement before I did not know much about funeral directors or where to start with arrangements. We chose to go with Tom Ross and Sons Funeral Directors and I am so glad that we did as they demonstrated absolute professionalism and compassion at all times. A family member particularly close to my Dad was unable to attend the funeral due to health reasons and without being asked Callum attended at her home address following the funeral to give her a copy of the order of service just demonstrating that Tom Ross and Sons go the extra mile to support families during the most difficult time. I would highly recommend Tom Ross and Sons as the service was excellent.

As soon as I got in touch with Willie to chat about my dads funeral he had already had a meeting with my dads family but because I was further away I got in touch with him separately, he was amazing from start to finish, very down to earth, helpful, , kind, funny and basically put my mind at ease that everything would be fine, I would highly recommend this company for organising a funeral they were so on top of every detail and were very professional and very approachable, just cant thank them enough.
