        The biggest complaint I hear about this place is how long it takes to arrive when ordering for delivery. It usually takes so long that the meal is cold by the time it gets to its destination, nobody likes cold food. You really need to up your delivery game...

        Need more delivery drivers as food takes over an hour and is almost cold when it arrives. Every single time I have to phone up so they can send it in the next run. With delivery costing 5 youd think it would be faster. Absolutely gutted. This has happened so many times. If they werent the only Chinese takeout open on a Tuesday I def would order elsewhere

        I always order from royal china but the last 3 times their delivery times are really bad, right now I am still waiting for a 30 order 2 hours later, last order was an hour an a half, really disappointing as food I can't complain about but will now probably order elsewhere.
