        After 12 months of consultation with Eveline, I am still following her guidance on nutrition. I no longer suffer from ecsema, my blood sugar is well balanced, I have loads of energy and even lost a bit of weight! She helped make eating fun and tasty and is a wise and compassionate teacher.

        I've just participated in Eveline's Fire Cider workshop, thoroughly enjoyable and extremely constructive! I really appreciate the way that Eveline led the afternoon - the balance of information relay and hands-on creating was great, and the printed take-home material informative, clear and easy to follow. Eveline is passionate about what she teaches, which is inspiring, and I will definitely be participating in more of her workshops. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone interested in improving their health and well-being.
