I am studying here. Its an amazing campus with really experienced faculty. Its remote campus but it gives me opportunity to explore and study well. There is a different way in teaching and learning design, its not traditionally taught from books. So students who are not familiar with this may write bad reviews on internet. The admin staff is very helpful and loving. Teachers are helpful and there is a lot to learn from them as they are well experienced and updated with leastest trends in Design world. We have had guest speakers from various streams for workshops and lectures. The curriculum for Master in Design is very well curated. I love that I am in countryside, it helps me concentrate well on my studies without distraction. The town is self sufficient and you get everything around you. There are supermarkets and all necessary shops. Highlands are very beautiful place to live. Students here stay together in student accommodation. There are also private apartments which can be rented out. Overall I am enjoying this experience.

I studied at the highlands campus back in 2016-2017 and couldn't have been more disappointed. Other than the administrative staff, the faculty there was under-qualified and the very few amenities they offered led to the worst academic experience I've ever had. Out of 15 students, there were 4 masters programs. All of us took the same classes, which meant little to no specialization. The school also lowered the bar on language requirements in order to accept more students to pay for a library in Glasgow that highlands students didn't even get to use. Those with less adequate language skills suffered greatly and struggled to perform at their fullest potential. Additionally, they were so desperate for students to stay (as well as a dire need for additional staff,) they offered my wife a job who didnt even have herundergraduate degree; to teach thegraduatestudents in a field that she had no experience in. I have many more horror stories from this location, but I'll leave it at that. All in all, it felt like glorified finger-painting. Opt for the programs at the Glasgow campus. The Highlands campus is an embarassment to the educational system.
