Very poor service. I would stay clear of this place. My wife had a dress needing re heamed and I had a jacket that required a new zip. When we took them in we were told no problem and told it would be 60 for both and would take 3 days. It took them 4 weeks and when we went to collect the bill was 170. When we asked to see the work we were mortified at it. The hemm on the dress was squint. It was a tartan material and you can see the hem is not parallel with the pattern as it was originally. and my jacket is totally ruined. They have cut the lining on the inside and not repaired it. They offered no apology and seen no issues with the the work. Avoid at all cost

Extremely disappointed! I dropped my dress off, to have the hem raised and the zip fixed and was told to collect my dress in 3 weeks time. I went in today, as the 3 weeks were up, and my dress hadnt even been touched. Not a single thing had been done. I told the lady, when I dropped the dress off, that I needed it for a specific date, for a wedding, and she assured me it would be ready and I could trust her. Today I arrived all excited to try on my dress and she tells me she hasnt even started yet!! Really really very disappointed. I cant comment on the quality of the work, since no work was done.
