Went in for fuel, checked my phone to see what money off way available before I started fuel, all to my dismay and embarrassmentstaff whilst serving a customer decided to embarrass me via the tannoy to inform me not to use my phone. I hadn't even started taking fuel. I got the shock of my life, even worse when I got in to explain she ignored my explanation, continued with other things she wanted to speak about. I only go to shell for the loyalty scheme it is one of the most expensive fuel. I wasn't happy at all.

Absolutely disgraceful service by Shell and from the manager at that to be approached while using the Costa Express machine at work with a college of mine present to be told that I can't take the sugar for my coffee from the machine which I pay 2.95 for and that I have to buy my own from now on is disgraceful and embarrassing Shell Corp

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean store, toilets available, great deals on juice handy in summer also great reduced bargains at tills, Update: Told if want to use toilet basically to go to Tesco shocking attitude 5* to 1 *

Avoid the Greggs. Asked if anything was warm and made my choice based on the answer, unfortunately the woman lied so when I got to my car and realised everything was COLD my lunch went in the bin. Thanks lady, if you'd been honest I would've just bought a sandwich and actually had lunch. Will never go back here again.
