Small business, couple owned and ran . Grate quality jewellery, very nice if you are looking for new or vintage jewellery at a more affordable price wigh out loosing any quality. Very helpful and friendly. I had a very nice experience shopping here. Would always go here to buy my jewellery etc .

Put my rings in to get fixed/ coated. Had this done at another jewellery shop before and lasted 18 months before it was needed again. Thought I would try and support a local business this time, but not even 6 months, and my rings are as bad as they were when I put in. As I don't wear my rings every day and can count the times I have worn them(11) I took them back to shop. Was told that they didn't think they were bad and that if I wanted fixed, I would need to pay again as not their fault. I explained the times I have worn rings, never wash my hands with them on and take really good care of them, and that under six 6months for this service is not acceptable. But made no difference. Just wanted more money from me. Total rip off service, customer service is awful. Just want your money with no come back. Stay away and go to a shop that looks after its customers. ( Took my rings elsewhere, who can't believe that it's under 6months since done, said job couldn't have been done properly, and has given me money off their service as a kind gesture, should have stuck to my normal shop instead of going local)

Initially took my watch in for a replacement Glass, New Battery and a clean on the 20th October 2022. Agreed to the price of 30 on the 25th, and 1 week later I went in to pick the watch up. Upon inspecting the watch I noticed a small bit of dirt under the Brand New Glass, so took it straight back into the shop for them to remove the dirt particle. 1 Hour later I went to pick the watch up, inspecting the watch again I noticed 2 hands are missing from the small Dials, and some of the 22k Gold plated Lettering and Numbering Missing. I went back into the shop and let them know, they took the watch and said they would contact me when they have found the missing pieces. I went into the shop today 08 December 2022 and picked up my watch. The Dials were back in but some of the Numbering and Lettering were still missing Asking the counter attendant about this, the reply I was giving was "Once it goes into the clean machine, and it comes out we might not find all the pieces that are so small" The watch was not sentimental to me, nor was it massivly expensive, but for a shop that advertises Cleaning and Repairing you would think they would do the job they were supposed to do. If you have an Expensive Watch, please take it elsewhere, if you have a watch you Won at Condonas, they maybe able to fix it or replace the battery. Would I use them again, probably not, I wish I had just watched a Youtube video on replacing these Items myself
