They certainly make you jump through hoops to rent through them. Shame that neither they nor the renters (South Esk Estates) failed to mention the property had been previously completely flooded and then not dried out properly. (This failure to disclose flooding also unknowingly invalidated our home contents insurance). Due to this poor remedial work the cottage was damp from the get go and by the time we moved out, a lot of our belongings were just fit for the skip. Beware of renting either of the properties at Haughs of Kinnaird.

I've dealt with many letting agencies and wardhaugh is by far the most welcoming, and the most helpful. Not only did Kirsty help me get into my flat rapidly when I had been looking for a rental for a long time, both Kirsty and Fiona have been utterly wonderful with any queiries or minor issues that have naturally arisen when moving into a property. I had a small issue with wiring and the boiler and Fiona was right on that. She also kept in touch directly to let me know when the electrician and plumber would arrive. We used Wardaugh recently to sell our property. Roddie and his team were fantastic at managing the process and very knowledgeable about the local market. They gave us very valuable advice throughout and Id highly recommend them.
