Shimla Manzil

Just ordered me and my partner a meal from shimla and its possibly the worst experience I've had in terns of costumer service aswell as the food .on arrival of the restaurant to pick up my order I could clearly see that the place had not been cleaned in weeks it was disgusting sticky surfaces everywhere and the carpet was a sea of filth but as I had already paid I still took the order, this was a big mistake .. the meat was clearly microwaved and the you would chip the floor if u dropped the petta , I'm feeling ill as I write this ...please avoid at all cost ...DISGUSTING

First time ordering from here and never again!! Order took nearly 1hr 30mins to arrive, given the wrong order, items missing and food not that great!

Orders mixed tandoori, received greasy mixed kebab instead, as some of the ingredients were unavailable. None of this communicated and order missing any of the accompaniments that shouldve been delivered. Poor food and service, wont be back.

Arrived on time as per collection instructions. Stood waiting for 20 minutes at the bar/reception along with other customers before the delivery driver eventually got a member of staff to come from kitchen to talk to us. Then waited another 20 minutes over my allotted time for my order to be ready. During this time a table of 2 who had waited over 30 minutes to have their order taken walked out. I then took my order home to find part of our order missing and one of the curries ordered was the wrong kind. The rice had clearly been microwaved in its container, as the rice in each corner had cooked into a solid hard mass. The curry orders they did get right were bland and very greasy. We used to really like this place but it's rapidly went down hill in the past 12 months and this will definitely be our last visit.
