        Waited delivery more than hour. Box with kebab was broked and all sauce get in the bag. Lettuce was O.O.D. and wafels was so dry as they stayed few days without packing. Ordered first and last time.

        Waited over 2 hours for delivery on a Thursday night. Ordered at 19:10, delivery due by 20:20. Called at 21:00 to be told that the order had left 20mins ago (so 20mins AFTER it was meant to be at my house) and delivery would be in 10mins. Delivery driver called as lost, asked 4 times if they were using the postcode as it takes you direct to the house - they said yes - then phones back 10 mins later and asks for the postcode??! Nearly 2.5hrs after ordering we received the food, majority was alright but cold so had to be reheated, and the chips, garlic mayo and chilli sauce were all missing. Only charged us 25 which then became 20 as the driver didn't have any cash or change (I did write a note advising that I had 40 cash for a 30.90 order) Will not be ordering again, complete shambles.
