AVOID!! Bought our car in July, Richard in sales was great with this - no issues. The car is 2020 reg so wouldnt expect any issues but is still under warranty. Car completely broke down in December 22, totally undrivable. We had to make our own arrangements to get the car back to Forfar as the garages around us couldnt look at the car until March. Fiskens wanted nearly 300 to recover it so we had to go through AA - luckily covered by them or we would have been stuck. We were told get the car up there and they will look at it straight away, we were also told on the day the car arrived that it would be looked at that day and a courtesy car would be arranged - nothing has happened since. Been waiting for phone calls and had to get back in touch ourselves because we heard nothing back. Told the car hadnt even been touched despite being up there for 1 week already. Now told it wont be looked at until at least the 30th Jan. No courtesy car arranged and told it wont be arranged until they have looked at it and diagnosed the issue. So weve been without a car since December, no other transport and I have lost wages as unable to get to my work on certain days due to relying on family for transport when they arent working. Never experienced such a terrible service. The attitude of certain staff members leaves a lot to be desired, so unhelpful and uninterested. I highly doubt they would be happy to be without a car for any length of time due to a fault that is not their own. The Kia garages around us were so helpful compared to Fiskens. Seems once you drive off their forecourt and leave them your money their interest disappears
