        Nationwide have always looked after my finances and mortgage fantastically. The staff are wonderful. I do feel their current opening times rather confusing. Mid pandemic I cannot get to the bank over the weekend and as a teacher am limited to be able to go in between 10-2. I do the majority of my banking online but feel the blanket closure every weekend and most of the week is providing an extra unnecessary challenge to key workers at this time, subsequently I have not renewed my mortgage with Nationwide and have cheques for my girls savings accounts from Christmas that have not been paid in as the machine wont accept their cheques into my account and they are too young to have their own card. Surely one early morning or one late night or one Saturday a month would be possible?

        Ive been with nation wide since I was 18yrs old. I'm 41 now the staff are friendly and extremely polite.. its very welcoming the cash machine is just outside
