We selected Fraser from a list of builders who quoted for groundworks and a wall removal for an extension we were building. From a prompt reply to our request for a quote for the works onwards we were incredibly impressed by the professionalism that Fraser and his team showed. The quote was detailed and covered all aspects of the job, and the price was exceptional, by far the best value quote we received. We agreed a start date and were really pleased that Fraser was happy to take into account our circumstances and work within our schedule. When on site Fraser and his team worked diligently and to the highest standard. Fraser went above and beyond our expectations contacting the architect on several occasions to correct errors in the plan. He explained every step of the process clearly to us and ensured all services were in place when he needed them. All of the team were respectful of our property and a pleasure to have round the home. He has a highly skilled workforce who go out of their way to ensure everything is completed to the highest standard. At the end of each day they left the site clean and tidy and importantly ensured the safety of our young boys. Words cannot express how highly we recommend Fraser, I now wouldn't use anyone else.
