I needed advice concerning my dog who has aggression issues. Senga was amazing she was so helpful and informative. She gave me loads of advice i will begin asap. She also advised me on training toys and leads to help me and my dog. I cannot reccommend them without hesitation. This advice was FOC

I left a facebook message asking if they did puppy classes, I was told to give them a call on monday. I did, I was immediately asked for my personal information and when I asked what it was for she said it was to give me information, so I then said oh your sending me something in the post to which she replied no. I asked what she wanted my address information for and she said it was to give me information. I then said that I only want to know if you do puppy training classes to which she said she wanted my address to tell me that. It was a bit weird so I hung up. She has then blocked me from their facebook page? Its obviously a scam to get your details or why else would you block someone and refuse to talk without getting all of my personal details? Its a real shame as we would most likley have use the service had the woman been less aggressive and more helpful. Easy way to loose customers if its really a proper business.
