        My parents went into this shop to enquire about a sewing machine and the person in charge of sales was unhelpful bordering on rude. They are an elderly couple who have physical limitations and so we're looking for a small lightweight machine as my mother's machine is too heavy for her, she was told " we don't sell toy machines" ...no customer service skills at all.
