I really like the comprehensive selection of products on offer, the calm and nourishing atmosphere, its company wide purpose towards community support rather than focus on profit per se. I like the emphasis on ethical and sustainable, zero waste solutions and local products. I appreciate the very clear and caring communication from the business for community-related matters. When I have a question in the shop, the staff are always kind and helpful.

I visited the store today only to hear ( shop assistant who claims to be called James ) a big man with round thickish glasses say to a women when paying for her shopping : ' you have exceeded your account. ' I thought we were passed shaming people like that ??. I also noted the food that was being sold including regular tins of soup were costing 3 times as much as you would pay in Portobello Edinburgh . Think James needs to revisit his values given the insensitivity shown ...18 June 2022 1600 approx ..ps when I spoke to him about it he was also rude ...Ps David Hammond see below suggests I should remove my feed back when he has not addressed my and other concerns about staff rudeness . When staying at the park a number of other people said they found the staff to be rude . David Hammond and staff must try harder and David's response to feedback is inadequate which will not drive up improvement ..

This is a treasure trove of unusual and exotic products as well as organic produce, everyday items and unpackaged seeds, cereals etc. An amazing store in which just to browse and marvel at the widest range of products anywhere in the northeast of Scotland. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is one of the best food stores ever. What a selection of healthy and nutritious food. Brilliant and well priced a real inspiration - congratuations!
