        I've attended this practice with severe depression and both the doctor and the 'psychiatrist' have been much more concerned with their own egos than actually helping. Their actions and/or lack of have led to multiple hospital trips and after speaking with many others, this seems to be standard for them. I've never been treated like this and they are very unable to listen alongside a complete lack of empathy, I encourage all who have had similar experiences to complain locally, to the health board, and where necessary to take legal action. Its time these people are not allowed to practice and for them to be replaced with informed professionals.
