Rang for some information oan my gear box excellent advice problem solved

Arrived on site spoke to Gaz took my car for a road test and said what was wrong. He said that the gearbox is faulty and it needs to be replaced. Impress with his knowledge of what was wrong with my car.

This guy is well known for knowing what he's doing. It didn't take long to realise that it would be worth travelling from Derby to Edinburgh to have him get the M32 box on my Mokka 4x4 sorted once and for all. After a previous dealership warranty repair 3 years prior it gained a new whine and started to leak. So i wanted a final recon. This guy is really on it, answers emails and then swapping over to WhatsApp chat he replies in detail and in good time. Being a similar trade in engineering i could tell he is good, and previously managing contractors and jobs the way he conducts himself puts some big players to shame. He found other work than needed completing for an upcoming MOT but as there was a time constraint for acquiring parts then fitting them i decided to complete the works back at home. I would have been quite happy for him to have done the work if i wasn't 270 miles away or could have left the car with him. Quality job, gear change is silky smooth, labour rate very good, customer service is top. What more do you want?
