Do not adhere to Hetas standards! We paid for our chimney to be lined and a flue installed, they did it at an angle, without following the safety regulations. They have ignored our attempts to get in contact and now we have to pay to get it all done again. We chose them based on their one 5* review... it appears that review has been made by a chimney liner in that company... do not go with these people!
