        I booked a taxi the night before and was promised a text message reminder 15 minutes before my booking; this never happened. The taxi didnt appear so I phoned and was told he was a couple of minutes away which he clearly wasnt. I had to phone again when he was 5 minutes late. I didnt miss my train fortunately but wouldnt recommend.
