Went to the Bruce in for food. Called prior and was told to come down anytime. They didn't have a number of drinks in we wanted. No tenants, kopperberg, Stella, strongbow darkfruits or magners. Then we asked for steak pie for dinner and they didn't have any left, menu isn't very big, we decided to go elsewhere. The server was lovely though and very apologetic.

Great food, lovely staff and really nice ambience. Playing 80s pop at the right volume - bliss. Experience ruined by terrible toilet facilities. No Bruce Inn, I do not want a biological woman walking in on me when I am standing at the urinal with my todger out. Edit: I have received a reply from the venue which they have chosen not to make public. Apparently the "inclusive" signage is NOT meant to indicate that the toilets both serve the same role, but that they welcome customers exercising choice over which toilets they use depending on their own personal identity. The current national debate on this issue speaks for itself and this is not the forum for that debate. The owners say they wish to promote inclusivity. It is a shame this does not extend to providing toilet facilities suitable for people with reduced mobility. I did not see any at the venue (I will happily correct this point if they indicate I am wrong).

Lovely pub in Falkland. We popped in here for a drink whilst out on bikes. Great outside decking for eating/ drinking which catches the afternoon sun ( if its out). Didn't have food but it did look good. The staff are really pleasant especially the girl that served our drinks . If you are visiting Falkland, I'd highly recommend popping in
