Forth Carz

Really saddened and disappointed with the service from this garage. Bought a Kia picanto off of them and had loads of issues within the first month and since. Had to have brake pads and calipers replaced (not sure why this wasnt done before the car was sold), had to have fuel injector changed as the engine was running badly, had a noisy clutch repair and a constant fault light coming on the dash, which I had to take back 4 times to have sensors replaced and its still not fixed (light still on dash). When I complained to the garage that I wasnt happy and felt the car was faulty, their solution was for me to extend the warranty on the car, at an expense of 360 to me, no offer from them to pay part or the full amount of this. They also admitted that I had had more problems that any customer they have had, yet really offered no solution other than me bringing the car back for them to check again, after I got my finance company to attempt to sort it. Obviously this solution didnt suit me as I had already given them way too many opportunities to fix the car, which they have failed to do. Now Im left with a car with a fault and now multiple other issues and engine noises appearing everyday. Overall been a really rubbish experience for me buying my first car, caused nothing but stress and now Im going to be out hundreds of pounds to fix the faulty car they sold me

Almost a year now since I got my second car from Forth Carz. Staff are so friendly and helpful. A seamless purchase. The car had never let me down. Great service all round.
