Kirk provided a tremendous amount of help and support to both my friend and me on an employment discrimination case my friend unfortunately faced. We were able to turn the situation around and achieved the desired outcome soon after following Kirks advice. I reached out to Kirk via his website with little expectation, but to my surprise, Kirk actually replied quickly and we set up a meeting to go over the case soon after. Throughout the process, Kirk was extremely supportive and helpful. He provided detailed advice on how to respond to my friends company to point out the unfairness in the case and to turn the power dynamic around. We also reached out to many legal service providers, although it was clear that my friend wasnt treated fairly in this case, all of them said the case was hard to argue for from a legal standpoint. Without Kirks help, we might not be able to get the justice my friend deserved. It was such a pleasure to work with Kirk. I personally learned so much about communication, negotiation, and power dynamics between parties within this short period of time working with Kirk. Besides being impressed by Kirks expertise and professionalism, I was also deeply moved by how much he cared. Due to the time zone difference and the time-sensitive nature of the case, Kirik was very generous to meet with us late at night in his time zone, sometimes after a long day of work and flights. Kirk was also really quick in responding to our messages and inquiries. Overall, we were so blessed to be able to find and work with Kirk.
