Express Taxis T/A TOA Taxis.

My elderly mother required transport from hospital to home ,when I unfortunately couldn't collect her , called express and they couldn't have been more helpful , have used before, wouldn't go anywhere else , drivers are extremely helpful, definitely a good find

Terrible really cheeky on phone tried to book while on train gave them ETA wouldn't book without an exact time....never using them again will stick to Bruce's in future

Before I go any further, I've never had an issue with any of the drivers, they're all lovely. The people on the other end of the phone however, lack logic... 1am week night arrived in at falkirk high station, phoned to ask for a taxi and was told there was none, I explained I'm alone, 21 year old female and I would really appreciate if they could get a taxi up to me whenever possible and was told they would not be sending one to the station. My mum had to phone a taxi to the house to get in it to ask the driver to come and collect me, driver was as confused as we were. Tonight I've phoned express taxis to the station for 2 cars was told it would be an hours wait, called back and asked for 2 cars to the woodside inn (less than 0.5 miles down the road) arrived within 10 minutes.... where's the logic?
