The Rosebank Beefeater

Very disappointing expirence, completely messed up order. I understand mistakes happen, but Rather then be apologetic, staff are outright rude. I was staying next door, and on return to my room I cancelled the breakfast which I had already paid for, as dont want to deal with these incompetent and rude staff again.

If I could give a MINUS I would !! Arieved there with my grandkids ages 5 3 and 11 months, waiting on their parents arriving straight from work. This was a 6pm booking. For 4 adults abd the children. We get there , order drinks and then our meals. Kids get some garlic bread around 20 minutes later, then we wait, and wait, and wait, NOTHING. The waitress eventually comes to the table and says I will go see whats going on , comes back and says won't be long. It's 7.35 we had been in the restaurant 1 hour 35 mins and we still hadn't ate. We had ordered very plain dishes like fish & chips so nothing was expected to take long. Everyone around us had had their meal and finished their dessert. Finally after my son asked what was going on they bring out 2 plates of food, guess what ? Not our food ! So more waiting, it was now around 7.50pm, not only whete the kids grumpy and hungry the adults where too. They started bringing our food out and the a few plates where roasting, they looked like they had sat waiting for a while until the rest was ready. So with that my son
