        It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the staff at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors. Debbie is polite, friendly and efficient. Colin went above and beyond in helping with a recent stressful sale. They all made the process so much easier and it is refreshing to know there are companies who still value customer service.

        Colin arrived promptly, was friendly, professional, explaining what he needed to do and the process. Very happy with the service although when I sent over my approval of the survey, for whatever reason, they didn't receive it so had to contact them via the phone which wasn't a problem. All sorted.
