Falkirk Post Office

Checked shop was open before leaving this morning only to arrive and its closed for 2 hours to stock take..why isn't this shown online?

Used this post office regularly... Until today. One particular member of staff (newish, blonde hair) is in wrong job and really shouldn't be in customer services. I've been served by her a few times and not once has she been pleasant but today she was downright rude. Trying to drink coffee as she was serving, couldn't be bothered attitude, wasn't interested when I tried to explain something to her so ended up going elsewhere. And won't be back. Have a word bosses and train her up in customer service. She is not an asset to your business

Went today to send what I thought was an envelope, but was td it was a parcel. Cost 3.25 to send. And the lasy that served me really needs to know what customer service is. There was no options on what might be cheaper option. Due to my MS I was slow at the uptake. But not be back where was Happy to see you face, does not exist. I was slow due to my MS but it was like a rush to get next customer. Sorry but will not be back. Only place I have been in and can't believe there is staff that don't put customers first. Visited the post office a few times this week to use the cafe facilities. Excellent variety of food and it was delicious. I'll be in again next week to try something else
